The Sony Music Foundation and the SUNTORY FOUNDATION for the ARTS give children one of the world’s biggest classical music festivals!

The Music Festival for Children and Young People is a joint production by the Sony Music Foundation and the SUNTORY FOUNDATION for the ARTS, both possessing ample experience in child-oriented concerts, and is one of the world’s biggest true classical music festivals.
Please look forward to special events found nowhere else in the world which are suited to children’s ages, letting you get your fill of fun with elaborate concerts, workshops, and other programmes throughout the festival period.

KODOMO Music Festival

A rich variety of programmes in key with different ages!

Enjoy orchestra and wind orchestra performances, recitals, chamber music, opera and a host of other programmes suitable to every age from babies in their mothers’ bellies and infants under a year old to preschoolers, elementary schoolers, junior high and high schoolers, and graduated teens.

Over 300 world’s top artists come together at Suntory Hall!

This lavish classical music festival is held for four days primarily at Suntory Hall, a concert hall with the concept of ‘In pursuit of the world’s most beautiful sound’. More than 300 artists make an appearance.
